Anarkali - Stories of Guns and Roses by Madan Meena

Anarkali is a journey into Madan Meena's world — where Rajasthan's
traditions meet stories of love, courage, and resilience. From strong
women standing their ground to couples who dare to love against
all odds, these works speak of the timeless struggles and strengths
that still echo today.

What makes this show truly special is Madan's deep love for
miniature painting. Inspired by the Kota-Bundi style, his works carry
the same delicate detailing, rich colours, and poetic charm that
defined Rajasthani miniatures for centuries. But here, the gardens,
lovers, and motifs are reimagined tradition steps into conversation
with the present.

Along the way, you'll also see glimpses of his explorations with Kota
Doria, Ajrakh, Ikat and more each piece carrying the touch of
Rajasthan's craft heritage
Through Anarkali, Madan doesn't just preserve tradition, he brings it
alive inviting us to see how the past can still shape and inspire our
stories today.
